A relaxed, reflective class, offering the opportunity to move slowly towards stillness, calming the mind and releasing tension in the body.  A chance to learn about physical alignment, use of breath, inner focus and the benefits of the postures.  Suitable for both beginners and experienced students.

Yoga Flow with Kate
An envigorating dynamic class, structured around a sequence of fluid, flowing poses to awaken and channel your inner energy, revitalize the body and mind.  Typically we will practice sun salutions, a series of yoga postures repeated several times as a warm up, then standing, balancing, seated and inverted postures (optional shoulder stands and head stands) followed by deep relaxion.  Suitable for more experienced students and those in good general health.
