My
name is Laura Denham-Jones and I am a London-based yoga and Pilates
teacher. As a working mother, I know the value of
taking a moment out of your day to look after your mind and body
without spending an enormous amount of time or money.
On
this website I offer a weekly half-hour yoga MP3 "podcast" for
you to download
for home practice. Much like a drop-in lesson, it's
pay-as-you-go, there's a different focus each week to keep you
interested and classes are generally geared for mixed levels with some
opportunities to make the session easier or more
challenging. Obviously
there's no substitute for a live teacher, and this format will have its
limitations. But you
can always visit this site for a guided yoga practice when you need a
little inspiration or motivation.

Yoga D-J's holiday practices... August 23 2010 I'm off for some sun and won't be updating the site but will
keep last week's class up for grabs as well as a couple of extra
classes from other teachers (including a longer practice due to popular
