Laura began practicing yoga in 1985 and is a qualified Yoga Alliance certified instructor, Pilates teacher and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, level 3.  Laura has been featured in and written for many magazines including Health & Fitness, The Financial Times, The Evening Standard Yoga & Health Magazine, Runner’s World, Zest & Yoga Magazine.  A former dance student and keen athlete, she also teaches yoga for runners and created the yoga sequences for the books "Real Women Run" and "Triathlon Made Easy."

Gideon’s classes are modern, focusing on transformation.  Through close attention to individuals needs students evolve in their practice from simple organic poses to extremely challenging ones.
