Laura’s classes
are fun, friendly, flowing, power vinyasa yoga classes with fluid
posture sequences to strengthen, open and revitalize the body and
mind. Sun salutations, then dynamic standing, balancing, seated,
inverted postures (optional shoulder stands and head stands) followed
by deep relaxation.
Laura began practicing yoga in 1985
and is a qualified Yoga Alliance certified instructor, Pilates teacher
and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, level 3.
Laura has been featured in and written for many magazines including
Health & Fitness, The Financial Times, The Evening Standard Yoga
& Health Magazine, Runner’s World, Zest & Yoga Magazine.
A former dance student and keen athlete, she also teaches yoga for runners and created the yoga sequences for the books "Real Women Run" and "Triathlon Made Easy."
Gideon’s classes
are modern, focusing on transformation. Through close attention
to individuals needs students evolve in their practice from simple
organic poses to extremely challenging ones.
Gideon Reeve is a very
experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher (the governing body for yoga
in the UK). He is a trained and practising Pilates teacher and member
of the Register of Exercise Professionals, advanced level 3. Gideon was
a professional dancer and for 7 years an integral part of the
internationally renowned yoga theatre group ‘Tripsichore’. He now works
extensively in South London.
